The Research Of An Infrastructure For Managing And Controlling The Social Behavior Of Agents

When WEB become the virtual location for humen engaging doings -WEB-based sociality network, how to develop social intelligence based on WEB is becoming an important mode to implement the new-era high-performance WEB. Using the society build on software Agents and MA(Multi-Agent) technology as the upper structure of WEB is the perfect means and natural choice. As the softwares that provide WEB service being encapsulated as skills that can be controlled by Agents concentrated, autonomic Agents become the proxies of humen in WEB, and they become the basic elements of the virtual sociality network. So, social intelligence based on WEB can be incarnated naturally via Agent's social intelligence, and can accelerate the seamless amalgamation of the social intelligence of humen, corporation, organization and the social intelligence based on WEB. Here, the informations, the knowledge, the resource of calculation and the physical operation are called by a joint name WEB servie.But the potential of application of traditional technology of software Agent is counterchecked badly, the key is that the traditional technology does not provide a robust infrastructure to support the managing and controling to the social behavior of Agents, therefor it can not provide effective support of the development of Agent's social intelligence.Therefor, this paper proposes an infrastructure for managing and controlling social behavior of agents (IMC SB A), which aims at adopting the policy-driven institution with the form of social-sector/federation as main line, and from five dimensions: explicitness of semantics for information content, systematization of mediate service for agents, rationality of negotiation process for agents, legality of behavior standard for agents, and individualization for adjusting agent service, providing systemic supports of development of Agent's social intelligence.Systematism of assistant service for Agents is the basic and one of the kernal mechanisms of IMCSBA. To establish and consummate the system of assistant service for Agents, there are three problems to be resolved: building effective social ontology and domain ontology to provide clear semanteme between heterogeneous Agents, building exoteric, effective, and extendable message communication mechanism to support the communication between Agents in exoteric environment, building exoteric and effective mechanism of medi-service to provide help to Agentsin face of puzzledom and then form the system of assistant service spreaded all over the network.In this paper we will introduce IMCSBA first, than clarification of content in message and exoteric and effective communication mechanism, after that, we will research the implementation of exoteric and effctive mechanism of medi-service and the establishment of the ubiquitous system of assistant service.
