The uprising of semantic Web technologies eliminate obstacle for Agents understanding information content and realizing semantic inter-operation,and earn a chance for application of heterogenous Agents in force on the Web.The potential for using the traditional technology of software Agents to exploit the Web-based social intelligence is obstructed, because this technology is only suited to closed and small systems, and no strong infrastructure is provided to support the management and control of social behavior of Agents.It can not suit open , dynamic change computational environment,which is full of indetermination factor and large numbers of heterogenous Agents participate in.Therefor, it is necessary to research a method system for Supporting Agent Social Activities, this paper proposes a method system for Supporting Agent Social Activities from 5 dimensions(SASA5),which purpose is develop an infrastructure for managing and controlling social behavior of agents (IMCSBA). IMCSBA aims at adopting the policy-driven institution with the form of social-sector/federation as main line, and from five dimensions: information modeling, mediate service for agents, rational negotiation, legality of management and user coordination, building an opening , multi-direction,systemic and secure infrastructure for social behavior, facilitating the transparent coordination by human.This paper makes deep research into the tow aspects of method system SASA5,which are legality of management and user coordination. We will introduce method system SASA5 first,then,on the base of this method system,we will emphasize introduce service scheduling and policy based exception handling. Finally,an test example of arrangement of small-scale meeting is refered to test service scheduling,exception handling and so much as entire method system SASA5,and gaven the appraisal.
