With network technology being popularized and deeply applied, people are no longer satisfied with sharing resources simply by connecting single machine. Business enterprises are in great urgent need of gathering all kinds of internal resources and service in the high performance, to control the shared-resource and solve problems more efficiently and harmoniously. Then comes the technology of Grid Computing, whose aim is to support any individual consumer or organization to obtain service and network resource conveniently. So they can take part in and develop any scale coordination work wanted. Meanwhile, some difficulties in organization and management emerge. To solve this, people put forward the concept of Autonomic Computing. The grid framework and application system made up of the element of autonomic computing can run by advanced given objects from their users. Therefore, people will be disengaged from the complex work.We have researched on the infrastructure of software agent for many years. Now we absorb the latest technology of Grid Computing and Autonomic Computing and put forward the Grid-Management system which is based on the unit of autonomic computing faced to service. The framework of this system is made up of agent. We also set up the system of performance-evaluation and quality-control to improve the Quality of Service (QoS) and reduce the complexity of design and management. As a result, people can complete the sharing-organize and coordination work faced the service rapidly.The system of assistant service for Agents is the basis and core of Grid-Organization of Software Agents. To establish and perfect the system of assistant service for Agents, there are three problems to be resolved: first, build effective social ontology and field ontology to provide accessible and clear semantics between heterogeneous Agents; Second, build exoteric, effective, and extendable message communication mechanism to support the communication between Agents in exoteric environment; finally and the most important one, build exoteric and effective mechanism of medi-service to help Agents and form stable foundation for the cooperation between Agents.This paper begins with the development of grid computing and puts forward to establish the system faced to service which is based on the unit of autonomic computing to automate the shared organization of grid service. My work has two parts. One is the communication mechanism of software Agent. Another is to look for an appropriate process when the medi-agents provide service to other agents. We call it as the medi-agent service match.
