In the support of network technology,communication technology and multimedia technology ,network education has been the useful addness of traditional eduation. Network education not only makes full use of teaching resources ,but also avoids traditional eduation disadvantages and solves the problem that tradional eudation is limited to time and space .But network education today has many disadvantages,it just supplies simple learning not supplies intelligent teaching and collaborative learning.The 21st century is an epoch of knowledge economy, and it is essential for countries all over the world to develop a modern distance education system. It is evident that a modern computer network teaching system should be constructed on network which is popular and low-cost, and can be characterized by the followings :(1)Network: Take internet as virtual classroom in future education.(2)Intelligence: Take students as the center of future teaching system. Different method should be applied to different individual student.(3)Multimedia: Make full use of computer technology to teach the students the course knowledge by any necessary kind of medias.(4)Computer-supported Collaborative:Through the network collaborative learning several students can be recoganized to work for the same goal ,discuss the same problem in the virtual environment.To achieve the four basic characters above, This paper puts forward a network teaching platform which integrates network technology, intelligence technology, multimedia technology and supports computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL), and discusses deeply on the way we implement the intelligent teaching model and the network cooperative learning environment.
