But the functions of active interaction in existing teaching system are not strong enough, most of them are only used to provide teaching resources and the instruction materials, system's intelligence is very low, the testing and evaluating functions of system are not good enough, the existing long-distance teaching system lacks an effective guidance method to students.In view of defects above, the thesis based on a lot of technical literature both abroad and domestic, design a new kind of intelligent model of long-distance education, which is based on Bayesian and Multi-agent technology. The model can vary with different individuals plan and implement Guide-Learning strategy, actively through intelligence agent server for the learners to collect the interest information, automatically generate various problems and exercises, and attain reasonable planning and readjusting the content and progress. Using communications protocol,and in time send users the processed information. At the same time, the model can not only trace the learning course of learners at any time and record their personality characters, such as interest and favorites, also adjust the instructional strategy used for learners. So it has effectively rejected existing long-distance teaching system of mental defectives.Associative the above-mentioned Teaching Model, the paper introduces the design and realization of a complete remote teaching platform, which uses Java language, SQL Server 2005 and apache technology. This system consists of six blocks, which includes Subject Producing System, Learning System, Assignment System, Answer System, Examination System, and Management system. The users of system are divided into one of three categories: Students, Teachers and Administrator. For the student users, System can provide on-line study, on-line answer and on-line examinations. Implementing personalized services on-line learning,that is, The different students browse to the content of courses are different. Every course only saves once in the system background. For the teacher users, Releasing and realization of the multi-media courseware, Question-answer and coaching, job management, test management, examination management for the pertinent courses. Administrator can maintain teacher and students'information, manage sources, supervise the course of teaching and maintain normal operation of system.In short, the long-distance teaching system based on Bayesian and Multi-agent technology can teach students accordance with their knowledge, ability and study method, wake students learning interest, really achieve the objectives of setting up knowledge acquainting knowledge, self-renewed and innovate knowledge. In the meantime, system enormously improve and optimize the environment of distance education, expand and wide the field of study service, fully build up strength the openness of distance education.
