The Research And Realizing Of Rubber Sulfuration Distributed Control System On The Basis Of PLC

Rubber sulphuration is the end processed and one of the most important technologies in industrial production of rubber. The result of rubber sulphuration influence rubber the quality and every performance parameters of rubber goods directly. This paper mainly studies the application of distributed control system (DCS) in rubber sulphuration, and design out a set of small-scale DCS that can collect the temperature in the steam pipeline in real time, calculate equivalent time of sulphuration with different temperatures and communicate with low-computer through RS-485 network to control numbers of sulphuration machines to work.The main idea in this paper is to build rubber sulfuration distributed control system. The system, which includes an industrial computer (IPC) as the Upper-Computer and twenty PLC as the low-computer to control more then 40 sulphuration machines, can transmit data by RS-485 net work, get the work state of sulphuration machine using on-off card or by communicating with PLC and show the state on the watch screen. We make up a C/S mode manage system on the LAN using network database SQL server witch make the information of working site share further.The working principle and main functions of the rubber sulphuration distributed control system are introduced in the paper. The paper describes the implementation method of the software and hardware in detail; explains the sulphuration technology in production of rubber and how to control sulphuration machine by PLC; discusses the principle, current situation and development trend of the DCS; recommends the serial communication in industrial and how to realize it in DELPHI; analyzes the communication protocols of series of LG's MASTER-K10 PLC and on the base of which, realized the communication between upper-computer and low computer; discusses the realization flows of control system on upper-computer in detail, the software and hardware of module every design; introduces the functions and realization of query software on client computer.In the end, the paper introduces the problems that we meet during the system is set up and the methods we used, and some respects to be improved and perfected are pointed out.
