This paper mainly deals with project management, overall design was done interms of the management of engineering data, in accordance to the application of MISsystem and present state of manage informatization in the fields of C/S, discuss thecharacteristics, function, thought of design and technology keypoints from the eye ofthesis and application, and offer the code of pivotal tech. Jinping first-class hydroplant is addressed in the middle of mountains and valleys,tall dam and large scale underground cavity, so settlement of the hinge is verycomplex, and there are large amount of geologyand hydrology data, but the collectionof data was finished by respective department. Because these data is distributed ineach department, and hydro project design is a complex project, each part in design isrelated to other parts, so it is important to cooperate with each other. But now data isdistributed, and that is not benefit to transit data effectively, and further have effectson the whole item. In order to boost design effectiveness and optimize design result, systemintegration need to be realized, then through it separate SDB and function bas can beoffered, at the same time it is necessary to use same project data and policy data,make each part of project all-in-one, afford the mechanism of mutual reference,mutual effects. Purpose of design is that manages this information efficiently andenhances design level. That is to say, make distributed data scale,concentrate,harmony, by it relation and cooperation among respective department go to normaland be in reason, and it can offer advantage for further expanding work andresearching data among different department. It also descends the ratio of error andenhances effectiveness. Beyond all doubt, at present building project item managesystem is necessary for project informatization and collectivize. Design work in this article including building core database and plan respectivedepartment frame,data file and sorts of compilation history. Software was exploitedin terms of standard WINDOWS DNS, surface is practical and pretty, convenientoperation is also valuable. It uses Winsock, Inet, MAPISession, MAPIMessage in thefacet of long-distance data research,document of sending, at the terminal of serverports management adopt interlock of pertinence, main code was edited by VisualBasic, file upload was realized through COM+ and dynamic link libraries.
