Efficient Retrieval, Network Product System

This paper is supported by Shaan Xi Provincial Innovation Project of the 21^st Century for Higher Education and Teaching(0204014).The project aims to build a online integrable ware system in which realize effective retrieval in order to find the required resource and information quickly , conveniently and exactly. Consequently, make courseware simply, display resource and manage information conveniently. The system provides a technical support for meta construct of the second generation CAI teaching tool.With the development of internet technology, the internet teaching plays an important role in modern CAI teaching. Compared with the traditional method, internet-based CAI technology—online integrable ware system is mushrooming and is developing into the direction of distribution, structure and cooperation.Online integrable ware system enable teacher to use resources from integrable ware database to combine their courseware anytime and anywhere. The courseware is saved as XML file, and is displayed through XSLT. The development of internet enriches the resources of integrable ware database, and offers the plentiful material resources for teacher. Facing with enormous integrable ware database, how to find out needed material quickly is an important factor for teacher to take full advantage of resources. It is a good way to retrieve and recompose resources effectively. And there will be much information to maintenance, so it is very important to provide good management function and retrieval function.In order to retrieve and manage resources conveniently, the system renames files when they are uploaded, manages resources in the conjoint way of file management and RDBMS, stores multimedia materials in a way of file management system according to their sort and stores their information and illustration in RDBMS.In the process of making integrable courseware and displaying resource, they can setup retrieval condition when user retrieve resources, display the retrieval result intelligently;look into particular information and pertinence, and preview resources. When manager manage information, they can retrieve information effectively, look into information, update information and delete information.
