In recent years, as the development of GDP and increase of the living standard, more and more investment will be made into the network development, and it becomes more and more complicated. However, the distribution network is the terminal of the power supply system, the operation of the distribution lines will directly affect:The safety and social benefit of the power business will affect the stability of the power network. With higher and higher requirements in electric supply stability, it needs more and more input to operate and maintain the power network. And there are lots of disadvantages in the operation of traditional equipment, these is not sufficient for running the existing power network.Distribution network integrated Interlock control management system will use some software to solve these problems. This assignment will state about designing an advanced Distribution network integrated interlock control management system, which base on the development of network topology error analysis, intelligent control, internet, 3G application etc.This assignment will describe how to design the advanced Distribution network integrated interlock control management system, which will decrease the risk of wrong operation, increase the safety for operator, quality of operation and management, in order to solve the problem of one time equipment operation for the network. To be specific:Fist of all, from the latest domestic and foreign researches of powder network operation, explores the practical significance of this subject and the necessity of the demand. It will through the various means of information demand and realization of tool selection of research to determine the method and key technology of the project implementation, which are introducing the topology analysis technology into the power distribution network, using C++ Visual development technology, and achieving the task in computer billing, and mobile host task feedback, topology analysis, graphical navigation, simulation preview function. And using the wireless public network to solve communication problem in remote host and mobile hosts.Secondly, this assignment does the detail analysis in distribution network integrated interlock control management system, and raise the requirements and performance objective for the distribution network integrated interlock control management system, it analyses the system functional requirements and design the overall architecture of the system.Finally, it will describe in detail for the design and coding of the software.
