When constructing the Plasma enviroment,the subsystems of the SPERI have certain operational risks.To avoid accidents of personnel and devices,this thesis establishes a safety interlock system(SIS)for the space plasma environment simulator.First of all,we researched and designed the control strategy of the safety interlock system,analyzed the working principle of the subsystems which make up the space plasma environment simulation device,researched the mutual coupling and restriction relationship between each subsystem during the experimentation.At the same time,we put forward corresponding safety interlock control strategies based on the experimentation of simulation systems designed for the plasma environment of Near space and the plasma environment of Near-earth space.Secondly,we analyzed the functional requirements of the safety interlock system.Based on the reliability requirements of the safety interlock,we adopt corresponding reliability design techniques in the hardware and software design of the safety interlock system.The reliability design of the hardware part is mainly associated with the work that configuring the redundancy hardware part of the SIS based on the PLC S7-1500;The reliability design of the software part include the software redundant program design based on the PLC S7-1500 controller and the performance test of redundant program.After completing the work of reliability design,we evaluated the reliability index of SIS based on the reliability theory,and calculated the corresponding reliability parameters of the safety interlock system.Thirdly,based on the security requirements of network security for the interlocking system,we designed a whitelist network intrusion detection scheme based on the characteristics of industrial control operating frequency.According to the characteristic that IP address ? port and MAC address of the network communication device in SIS are relatively changeless,we designed the network intrusion detection module based on whitelist.According to the periodicity characteristic of task execution in the safety interlocking system,we designed an intrusion detection module which uses the frequency of the specific industrial control operation as the detection feature,meanwhile,we used the improved TCMKNN algorithm to detect the abnormal frequency of the industrial control operation.We constructed the simulation communication network of the safety interlock system.Then we tested the performance of the intrusion detection scheme based on simulation communication network during the period when we simulated various abnormal operations in the communication network.Finally,we designed the monitoring system of the SIS based on Win CC.The monitoring interfaces include login interface,the monitoring interface of the Nearearth system,the monitoring interface of the Near space system,the monitoring interface of interlock logic,alarm interface and user management interface.At the same time,we completed the function of backing up historical alarm record files to other hosts based on the FTP transmission protocol.
