Digital phasen shift power is designed by utilizing 80C196MC,drive integrate circuit IR2130 and IGBT devices, and it can output the necessary sinusoidal wave signal of three-phase.Carry on overall research to various kinds of production method of PWM in the paper.Utilize the wave form generator of 80C196MC can produce SPWM wave conveniently, and simplify the circuit of the control panel.Drive integrate circuit IR2130 of IGBT is also studied in the paper. Protection functions of IR2130 are very strong, and so reliable, steady drive circuit can be designed by using it.In addition, startup protection circuit and overvoltage protection circuit is also designed, which raise stability of power device IGBT further, thus strengthen the ability to deal with trouble.Work out high-efficient procedure and realize fast regulation of phase and amplitude of sinusoidal wave signal by utilizing high operation characteristic of 80C196MC and advantage of the wave form generator(WFG) in this paper.At the same time,twelve simple and clear communication protocols are established.Through these communication protocols,upper computer can control amplitude and phase of various sinusoidal wave.In this paper,upper computer give various amplitude and phase of various sinusoidal wave definitely through serial port communication, and then phasen shift power output sinusoidal wave signal whose phase and amplitude is qualified;Phase and amplitude of the various signal can be regulated independently;And it has high precision and high speed. If phasen shift power is applied to synthetical protector.testing system, testing system will become full-automatic synthetical protector testing system.Phasen shift power has greater practical value in other aspect.
