This paper introduce a superconductity RSFQ/RISC microprocessor and give itssimulation wave. In this paper we introduce the principle of the RSFQ technology and give thesimulation result of the superconductivity RSFQ digital element. Then present theRISC computer system and simulate a RISC microprocessor for the comparation withthe RSFQ/RISC microprocessor in the later. Finally , a RSFQ/RISC microprocessor isput forward and simulated. Because of the characteristic of the RSFQ technology and RSFQ digitalcircuit, there are many difference between the superconductivity RSFQ/RISC computersystem and the usual RISC computer system. First ,the usual RISC is synchronous, supplied a clock single by a clock element.But the RSFQ/RISC is the difference one. Too fast of the speed , too long of the delay ,a asynchronous system is adopted. Then , the ordinary RISC computer system is based on CMOS technology. Thevalue of the level can stored in the single lines. But the RSFQ/RISC can't do so.The RSFQ logic used a very short pulse stands for the logic "1" and the pulse can'tstore in the single lines, so the registers are used widely in the RSFQ/RISC computersystem. The RSFQ/RISC microprocessor in this paper adopt the asynchronous pipeline.There are 3 stages in the pipeline including the fetch of the instruction, the R/W of theregisters and the ALU operations. After the operation is finished ,the pipeline stagetransmit the data to the interregister and send the req single to theprevious stages. Each stage process the data itself and exchange the information throughthe handshaking single. RSFQ/RISC computer system, a national nature Science Fund subject, is a highspeed computer system and have a frequency of several GHz. This provides a solutionfor the demand of the high performance computer. Low power and high speed, theRSFQ/RISC computer system is very important for the large-scale datacomputing and the martial using.
