Research On The Technique Of Enterprise Information Portal Of EAI

"Information island" is a serious problem existed in the process of enterprise informatization. An important solution is discussed in this paper, which is enterprise information portal (EIP) of enterprise application integration (EAI). EIP is researched in the paper, following contents are researched: Firstly, based on the analysis of general situation and existed problems of enterprise informatization, EIP and its important role is introduced in this paper. Then a thorough research is done on JSR168 and WSRP, two standards about portal, and the portal architectures based on the standards are provided. And then, on the basis of standard portal product -Jetspeed, a concrete EIP is designed and realized. The design begins with the selection of portal product and the improvement of portal architecture, with the emphasis on the improvement of its personalization function and security management function, making it match the requirement of the actual project. The implementation of personalization and security management is detail introduced in this paper. Last, content management is studied, which is a technique having a close relation with EIP, and two methods of integration content management and EIP are presented.
