The theories of PLC are recounted and some basic arithmetic theories of PLC are analysed. The dissertation compares the schemes in different way. It presents particularly the modulation and demodulation ways of the FSK and BPSK. From analyzing, the hardware circuit and software flow scheme of PLC based on DSP are designed. The paper researchs and develops a digital modulation and demodulation PLC system.In addition, the anti-jamming circuit in Power Line and design schema in allusion to the jamming of PLC channel are analysed. From the point of view of the system , these measures are testified effectively in pratice.
