With the continuous improvement of modern semiconductor manufacturing technology,the chip of wireless communication has gradually evolved to integrate ARM and FPGA,which can give full play to the unique control ability of ARM and the powerful logic processing ability of FPGA.The wireless communication system realized by the software radio technology can not only display the synchronization state of the current data transmission in real time in the application,but also flexibly configure the required communication frequency and transmission rate.BPSK technology has been widely used in radar communication,radio and television and other fields as the basis of phase modulation transmission and with low bit error rate.Therefore,how to develop the wireless communication system with BPSK modulation and demodulation on the new chip has become the focus of research.This paper proposes a wireless communication system scheme of BPSK modulation and demodulation based on ARM-FPGA.This scheme adopts cutting-edge Zynq-XC7Z035 and AD9361 chips,which can realize the combination of serial execution in ARM software and logic parallel execution in FPGA hardware,it greatly improves the transmission efficiency of the wireless communication system and saves a lot of hardware resources.The main content of this paper includes the design and implementation of BPSK modulation and demodulation technology in FPGA,the UDP communication mechanism in ARM,and the design and implementation of the display control software and hardware structure of wireless communication system.The specific work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The implementation of BPSK modulation and demodulation technology in FPGA of wireless communication system is studied.The key technical parameters of modulation and demodulation are designed on the Zynq-XC7Z035 chip.Moreover,the Verilog HDL language is used to implement the IP cores of Costas ring algorithm in generated carrier synchronization,gardner timing error detection algorithm in bit synchronization and coherent insertion algorithm in frame synchronization.Finally,MATLAB and ILA software are used to simulate the process of modulation and demodulation.(2)The whole scheme of wireless communication system is researched and designed,including the establishment of UDP communication mechanism in ARM and the corresponding data processing of all kinds of frames,the realization of sending and receiving2.4GHz radio frequency signals in FPGA,and the data frame is stored and parsed accordingly.In the display control system software,various parameters are configured,picture data is sent and received,and the synchronization and constellation status in the process of data transmission are displayed in real time.(3)The wireless communication board card and radio frequency circuit are researched and realized.In BPSK mode,the self-loop transceiver test of wireless communication terminal was carried out at 2.4GHz frequency and 4Mbps rate.Finally,the uplink data transmission test and downlink data receiving test were carried out with the radar terminal.
