Development On Construction Project Investment Decision-making Support System Based On Component Model Base

Construction project decision-making is one of the important contents for enterprise operation and management. The appropriate investment decision is the chiefly guarantee to achieve the goals of enterprise, and it plays a critical role in increasing the profit and competitive power of enterprise.Combining the deep investigation on the current situation of the construction project investment decision-making support in present enterprises, this paper emphasizes on the methods and technologies for the following issues: the system pattern of decision-making support system, construction and implement technology of base system, and construction and implement technology of construction project decision-making system based on component object model base. In the study of the system pattern of decision-making support system, the effect of some fatal factors on the system pattern are analyzed, such as net data transmission, processing power, security, reusability, maintainability, using scale, and using scope. The optimal construction and implement model of decision-making support system is established, which has resolved the construction and implement problems of decision-making support system. In the construction and implement technologies study of base system, the key problems of base system are resolved based on the research of component object model base: components' distributing and scheduling, transaction management, security management and components' registration, and the pattern of base system construction and implement are established. The production of the paper locates on rapid development, pattern maintenance, model base management, method base management and group decision-making of investment decision-making system, and has provided an advanced system model and feasible technology method to construct and develop the construction project decision-making support system.Applying the system pattern and base system's construction and implement technologies based on component object model base which have been proposed in this paper, a suit of distribution construction project investment decision-making support system is developed, which is proved effective in its application.
