The order disposal and analysis is considered as a key research subject on Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT). It is very significant for enterprises to strengthen the agility and competition ability.The increasing market competition and customization bring more and more enterprises a great deal of challenge that they have never confronted. In order to adapt to the new market environment, the enterprise must make use of all of human and financial resource to organize the production quickly according to product orders for ensuring its possessive quotient to the market. The dissertation built up a function model and an information model of the integrated system of order disposal and analysis through the analysis on the character of order-oriented enterprises and the current conditions of order disposal and analysis of these enterprises. Meanwhile an overall function framework and a physical database model of the integrated system are designed, and related software is developed.This dissertation has a deep analysis and research on manufacturing system structure, order evaluating algorithm, order forecast of quote and delivery time, modeling method and programming technology. The order' s authenticity, rationality, feasibility, economy and product' s price and delivery are deeply analyzed. An idea that builds the order evaluating system by utilizing fuzzy synthetical evaluating and AHP algorithm is put forward. At the same time this paper presents a idea of ABB for production quote and DDB for delivery time. The software structure mode and database connection method of the system is deeply analysis. A basic framework of order disposal and analysis subsystem is built up. Thus the main function of order disposal and analysis and the function of related resource management are realized. Through example test proved the system to be useful and efficient.
