The assembly control and management is considered as a key subject of the research on Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT). It is very significant for enterprises to strengthen the agility and competition ability.In the dissertation, the production process of manufacturing enterprises is studied, and then the internal connection between machining and assembling is analyzed intensively. On the basis of dynamic pull production, the assembly control and management system is utilized. The scheme based on the hybrid model between the B/S and C/S is proposed. And its function model and information model are established. Furthermore, the data management pattern of the assembly management information system (AMIS) is discussed. Both of the characters and types of the assembly data are analyzed. The conceptual model and the database of AMIS are designed seriously too. The AMIS development helps improve the information share among enterprise departments, and moreover changes the used production organization and management pattern of enterprises. It is the effective tool for managing assembly information.For the assembly scheduling control, logic model and construction frames of intelligent dynamic scheduling are established. On the basis of analyzing the present production scheduling tactics and production situation, a scheduling tactic with frozen period based on the periodicity and event-driver is put forward. An effective reverse heuristic scheduling algorithm is developed and implemented. It is proved that the scheduling method is high efficient and reliable through simulation and is also significant in production. On the other hand, the fuzzy multi-factorial evaluation method is adopted to evaluate assembly schemes based on studying influencing factors of assembly scheme. It is indicated that the thought is right and the method is workable on the analysis of simulation. It can optimize assembly schemes and improve the assembly efficiency.
