Grey prediction control is the domestic and overseas scholars’research hot spot in recent year. The national economy has made rapid development achievement with the development of society progress. All kinds of related to people’s daily life facilities and automation production equipment are more and more complicated structure. Therefore, control methods and control links in these facilities and equipment is particularly important. The control effect directly affects the whole facilities, equipment performance. At present, the domestic and international research institutions mainly used intelligent control method for the system control module design, then through the experimental prototype and the computer simulation to investigate the control performance. This had a great distance with equipment actual work environment which not considering all kinds of unknown factors influence interference.This paper firstly introduces the principle and characteristic of classic PID control method and the basic structure of PID controller and illustrates the two types of digital PID control algorithm in computer applications. This paper design an adaptive fuzzy PID controller when introduces fuzzy control which commonly used in the field of intelligent control and combined fuzzy control with PID. On this basis, we established a GM (1, n) model that has multi-factorial grey prediction function based on the theory of grey prediction research. We put forward a multi-factors grey prediction fuzzy PID control model which cans online monitoring the interference that applied multi-factor grey forecasting control module in the closed loop feedback channel to make real-time prediction to the actual condition of the interference factors. Lastly, this paper designed the single factor grey online prediction module and multi-factor grey online prediction module with the aid of Matlab/Simulink computer simulation software. In addition, we design the fuzzy rules and membership functions fuzzy controller and PID parameters and combine the three. So this paper established the grey prediction fuzzy PID control simulation universal model.This paper designs the simulation experiment according to two different controlled objects which were elevator and hydraulic AGC. We analyzes the impact of the elevator running vibration interference on the elevator start running mode and the impact of the cold rolling mill startup mode of hydraulic servo valve inlet pressure fluctuation interference. Two experimental cases results show that based on multi-factorial grey prediction fuzzy PID control method can effectively eliminate the interference factors in working conditions. This benefit from predictive control leads predictive and fuzzy control robustness in the treatment of the role of interference. Thus, multi-factorial grey prediction fuzzy PID control method has reference significance for practical engineering applications.
