| With the development of Internet, the contact of human being has been changed by the activity, one of the essential characteristics of Internet. The Internet Public sphere has come into being as a new field of options, through which humans can make spirit contact with each other, no matter how long distance between them. So the Internet public sphere can provide some words to the superstructure and society, in order to make a common understanding.This paper addressed three questions, (a) How does the Internet public sphere come out under the influence of Internet activity? (b) What is the Internet public sphere made up of and how does it work? (c) What effect does the Internet public sphere have on the democracy and our society? At the beginning of the paper, some basic conceptions of the Internet public sphere are introduced, such as interactive, interactivity, Habermas's public sphere and Internet public sphere. Comparing the Internet interactivity with the interactivity of the traditional media, some new characteristics of interactive communication was introduced. The Internet interactivity is the prominent element that resulted to the Internet public sphere and made it different from the Habermas's public sphere. Then many aspects of the Internet public sphere were discussed. As to the Internet colonies, they are the subjects of the Internet public sphere, and have different motives and interests, which prompt the internet colonies to construct the Internet public sphere by following some mechanism. So the moving mechanism and supervision of the Internet public sphere was introduced. On the basic of above, the influence of the Internet public sphere was addressed in the last chapter. Individuals have more opportunity to be concerned with democracy, and through the Internet public sphere, the social culture has also been changed. A new time spirit is coming into being gradually. In the end, the prospect of the Internet public sphere was shown and some advice was also given.
