The internet from the day it was born, has been regarded as a weekly control of media to large capital or government authority, a communication space that ordinary people could be relatively have the freedom of speech, a virtual location that could freely set concerned issues. The emergence of internet marketers operation in China and the spread on the internet have changed the public nature and secularity of the internet. This kind of organized, profit or other utilitarian goal driven network public opinion’s emergence, which challenges the internet media ecology public sphere, and puts forward new problems in relation to the ethics and social responsibility of internet behavior.This research defines internet marketers in the network marketing category, points out that internet marketers is just a kind of network marketing methods, and is closely linked with economic benefits. The emergence of internet marketers depends on the variation of the real world: we the media, the rise of the network voice, the promotion of the internet communication spirit.On the basis of which,This research analyzes the concept of internet marketers and its foundation, as to reveals its operation mechanism:it is a form of viral marketing using paid posters in covert operations for a variety of commercial and promotional purposes. This research will divide network hand slap operation into four stages:the preparation of network hot, the diffusion of network hot, the promotion of network hot, the maintenance of network hot.Through analyzing internet marketers operation, this research questions the positive effect.The emergence of internet marketers,is increasingly transforming internet com munication spirit (rational, tolerance, self-discipline, independent thought and commo n maintenance) and erasing the development of Internet public sphere through control ling public opinion, dispersing irrational emotions, making false information, violati ng bottom line of the morality and legality.Because of the critical perspective of this research, the negative effect of internet marketers is anglicized in detail. Based on the critical perspective of this research, it is necessary to analyze the phenomenon of internet marketers and the regulatory measures in foreign countries, such as personal boycott, organization supervision, self-discipline, law enforcement. At last, the legislation condition of China will be analyzed; feasible solutions will be put forward.
