In recent years,with the rise of stealth technology,the RCS of targets decreased dramatically,making it difficult for radar to detect weak targets.Because the sea surface is dynamic surface which is easily affected by environmental factors,it has become a bottleneck in the field of radar technology to detect the weak and slow targets in such a complex sea environment.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the algorithms for inter-frame accumulation based on the weak and slow targets in the sea clutter background.Two sets of measured sea clutter data are analyzed with the algorithm of multi-frame echo joint accumulation.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,beginning with the theoretical basis of the traditional clutter suppression and target accumulation algorithm under the background of sea clutter,introducing the basic concepts of LFM signal and pulse compression technology.Subsequently,we analyze two kinds of MTI filters for clutter suppression and two algorithms effectively for weak targets accumulation called coherent accumulation and incoherent accumulation.The end of this chapter,we analyze a traditional inter-frame scan correlation accumulation algorithm,which lays a solid foundation for subsequent algorithm.Secondly,the amplitude characteristics and the correlation of the sea clutter are analyzed,and then introducing the common methods of two sea clutter simulation.The end of this chapter,the simulation of the clutter in the sea clutter which conforms to the K distribution is simulated and the sea clutter simulation data is applied to the algorithm verification in the subsequent chapter.Finally,basing on the traditional inter-scan correlation accumulation algorithm,the method of multi-frame joint accumulation based on the improved cross window and the multi-frame joint accumulation algorithm based on SI pass improvement are proposed.The proposed algorithm and the traditional inter-frame scanning correlation accumulation algorithm are applied to the measurement of the measured sea clutter data and sea clutter simulation data.Eventually,the processing results of each algorithm are compared and analyzed.
