Two-phase flow is the most common flow of fluid in nature. It widely exists in the oil wells of developed in the middle and later stage. Using conductive sensor measure tow-phase parameter is becoming a research focus at home and abroad. Now exiting ground instrument based on conductive sensor was difficult to meet the under ground environment which is high temperature, high pressure and vast salinity variation. Aiming at the environment of underground, traditional logging tool is optimized.First,the basic working principle of conductive sensor and the most common measurement method of tow-phase parameter are described in this article. And the basic structure of tow-phase parameter measure system was also described in the paper.Second, the exciting source of water cut measurement system was optimization designed in this paper. A constant-current source of impedance sensor based on bidirectional pulse which can switch the current intensity according to the salinity is proposed. It overcomes the shortcoming of traditional constant-current source that the output of the source was slight and the processing circuit was complex. The system is suitable for the circumstance of vast salinity variation in well logging. The designing improved precision of the water cut measurement system.Third, aiming at the shortcoming of traditional correlation measurement system which has great attenuation of signals and susceptible to interference. A new correlation measurement system which is underground is developed. Correlation result was send to ground by the form of frequency signal. Compared with direct correlation algorithm it improved real-time performance because of using spectrum correlation method. At last experiment was performed in laboratory and dynamic instrument based on the constant source and correlation flow measurement system. It proved the accuracy and stability of the system.
