In order to achieve the auto-detecting of the icing under complex environment, we have put forward an icing detecting method based on the vibration principle in this paper, established the physical model of vibrating-tube ice-detector and got the theoretical formula of its parameters.We have analyzed the model using finitive method and test modular analyzing technique and proved the validity of the design of this detector.We have designed the syntony circurt used to detect icing signal and analyzed this circurt.AT89C52 MCU is the kernel of the signal processing circurt, including singal adjusting circurt, central processing unit, temperature sensing circurt, current sensing circurt, digital displaying circurt, signal output interface circurt and heating circurt. AT89C52 receives the frequency signal from the syntony circurt and processes it, then according to design request, sends out all kinds of controlling signal.In allusion to this signal processing circurt , we have designed corresponding software for AT89C52.The performance test of the sensor is also a key part, we have explored the demarcating method in this paper, and selected an ideal method to demarcate sensor. The result shows that the detector has high privision and good linearization, it is one of the most prosperous ice-detecting method that is practical in the world at present.
