The vibration detection analyzer is one of the machinery industry in the most basicand most commonly used instrument,which is used to determine the mechanical equipmentoperating conditions, widely used incoal mines and manufacturing industries, handheldvibration detector is small, portable detector, mainly for the wild and in situ measurements,has a higher cost,embedded systems as a dedicated computer system hardware and softwarecan becut, with high-performance, miniaturization, low power, low-cost features, just to meetthe design requirements of the handheld vibration detector.With the development of industry, the demand for mechanical vibration detector isincreasing the amount of using, because of the traditional vibration detector for not real-time,not easy to carry, power consumption and other shortcomings. This paper proposes anvibration detector based on Atom and ARM, which is a kind of online real-time detectionsystem, with the real-time, portable, low power consumption, including the sensor, ARMplatform and Atom510platform. Latest ATOM platform not only has low power consumption,but also online data transmission with the ARM platform, which enables remote manipulation,and a strong tool system is characterized by scalability The whole structure is that thesensor is linked to ARM platform, ARM platform linked to Atom510platform. The sensortransforms the equipment’s vibration signal into electrical signal, ATOM platform sendcommands to control the ARM platform, then the A/D module of ARM platform sampleselectrical signal, which is transmitted to Atom510platform under the control of the ARMprocessor. At last, the Atom510platform analyses the spectrum of the received data, and thendisplays it in the graphical interface, The system use the latest ATOM510platform and theARM platform to improve the computational performance, but also reduces powerconsumption, and reduce the volume occupied and improve portable, and improved in thealgorithm, the vibration detectoris mostly using the FFT algorithm amount of computation isvery big, affecting the real-time, so the system using a sliding FFT algorithm to reducecomputation, raise the real-time, and reduce the storage space occupied...
