Vibrating Equipments'exception degree can be deduced from vibration data of these equipments. Function of vibration detector developed in the thesis is to collect vibrating data of vibrating equipments, analysis and display these data on equipments'interface. Vibration detector's software development adopted the "Embedded Linux + ARM microprocessor + MiniGUI" hardware and software combination. Among them, the ARM microprocessor is S3C2410 chip; Software design environment are embedded Linux 2.4, ramdisk FS and MiniGUI graphical user interface.The vibration detector's software is developed on ARM board directly, according to products functional requirements, divides the software into detection module, data processing module, communication module with acquisition and interface module, and realizes the program. Meanwhile, drivers for keyboard and LCD have also been realized.The subject finally completed the function and the interface'program design of modules, such as system parameters setting, data acquisition, testing dynamic signal balancing, kais and parking, dynamic signal, and then finished their application tests. The process of achievement proves that the design is correct and rational.
