Verification regulation is strictly implemented program which we use standardmeasuring instruments to measure another instruments. Verification content is, such asapplication range, service conditions, operating steps, identification items andmethods, indeterminacy analysis, data record format. Its purpose is to unify gageverification implementation on method, ensure the accuracy of the data dissemination.Life detectors are necessary instrument after natural disasters for life search.Advanced life-detectors may improve the success rate and minimizecasualties.Nowdays,there are three kind of life-detectors,for example,Opticallife-detector, Sound waves vibration life-detector and Infrared thermal imaginglife-detector.they are very important role in rescue,but there isn’t an unificationstandard in our state.In order to better quality test Department, research and development Department,earthquake rescue teams, as well as other use of life detector personnel to provideeffective technical guidance.Llife detector is more efficient, more accurate tool to theearthquake relief and minimize casualties. In accordance with the different functionsof three types of life detection principle and the development of test procedures, testprocedures in strict accordance with the prepared by 《National metrologicalverification procedures to write the rules》 written in reference to the large number offoreign electronic equipment, verification procedures, as well as the mature domesticelectronic equipment test procedures, each of the indicators of the instrument, usingstandard methods of measurement test.The main focus of this article is the whole index of the instrument and itscalibration method, measuring instruments, the name of each indicator used in the unit, symbols and unit symbols. Optical life detectors, the detector of acoustic vibration oflife and the life detector for infrared thermal imaging principle and the structure of thevarious components analysis to draw the whole index; each indicator as far as possiblethe International System of Units, there is no international units give the conversionformula; measuring instrument accuracy and measurement methods based onindicators of choice; test method selection and easy to operate, accurate results can beobtained by theoretical arguments.The thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter the background of thesubject, meaning, domestic and international literature review be introduced; thesecond chapter is prepared by the national metrological verification rules introducedthe third chapter is a key indicator of the three life detection instrument andmeasurement methods, and Chapter IV, chapters V and VI, sub-chapter written opticallife Detector, acoustic vibration life detector and infrared thermal imaging, lifedetector test procedures.Each chapter details the specific content of the testprocedures, including the reference range, the instrument principle and internalstructure, units of measurement, measurement requirements, technical requirements,installation requirements, test environment, measuring instruments, test projects, testmethods, test results processing, verificationcertificates. The chapters are as follows:Chapter Ⅰ IntroductionChapter Ⅱ The test procedures to write the rulesChapter Ⅲ Three types of life detector key indicators and measurementmethodsChapter Ⅳ Optical Life Detector test proceduresChapter Ⅴ VR life detector test proceduresChapter Ⅵ Infrared thermal imaging life detector test proceduresSummary and OutlookThe test procedures proposed in this paper can be completed instrument theperformance test, according to the procedures test the instrument to work properly,and fully qualified.
