Research On The Applying Of BPR Management Concept In The Construction Of Digital Library

Digitalization of technology is not modernization of management, nor optimum of efficiency, therefore, this paper starts with descriptions of the dilemma that traditional library faces, and its tendency to develop: digital library. Then it goes on to analyze further the serious management problem existing in the digital process of traditional library, and also points out that traditional management model is no longer fit for the development of library under transformation. Moreover the author puts forward a completely new management concept BPR (Business Process Reengineering) enterprise reconstruction flow.Then , the author centers on the possibility and necessity to use the BPP concept in the construction of digital library, on this base, the author further proposes the plan of implementation and evaluates the practical use objectively. Finally the author analyses the problem that may arouse and emphasizes the key points in the utilizing process of BPR.
