Comparative Study On Chemical Websites

Chemistry is a basic science, which is important for human. Internet provides chemical information communication with advanced ways. Chemical practitioners can leam knowledge and communicate with other people through chemical websites. In this paper, several famous chemical websites are introduced. The author puts forward how to develop our chemical websites through comparing them.This paper consists of five main parts. The first part introduces the status and characteristics of chemical websites.The second part establishes two evaluation systems. One is for navigative chemical websites; the other is for synthetic chemical websites.The third part compares two navigative chemical websites by its evaluation system.The forth part compares four synthetic chemical websites by its evaluation system.The last part analyses the influence factors on chemical websites, and raises several suggestions on developing domestic chemical websits.
