| The purpose of this article is to develop software for the water balance of power plant. In order to economize water reasonably,the software considered the demand for all kinds of techniques conditions. It consists of many databases and many water treatment programs. First,this new software can run normally in experiment that inputted some data, which come from power plant. Second,its conclusion is reasonable and credible. Last,the condition of running is at random. So it is a perfect tool to design the water/wastewater system in power plant. It can make water management software systematized and automatization.
