The topic came from the research and development project in Qiqihaer railway bureau. In order to save energy resources, realize automation and decline waste in production process, central management must be adopted in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power and metallurgy etc. It makes management and production can scientifically run. Especially, in order to work more efficiently in railway, it does need metering automation. The automation of railway metering can improve working environment of workers.A computer metering and management system, which has much stronger applicability, is proposed in this paper. The system makes use of MCS-51 single chip to design communication controller and oiling controller. Host computer inspects and controls oiling process through serial communication protocol. The system can automatically collect oiling data and transfers them to the host computer through network. The host computer can estimate their efficiency, validity and reliability. And then write them into the system database of data server. By employing intelligent control, the pressure pump and electro-hydraulic valve are controlled by the host computer, therefore the influence on metering accuracy, which caused by human factors is eliminated and the metering error is reduced. Scientificalness and automation of the metering management system is implemented by using local area network.SQL server is employed in the system to serve as background database and communion of data is implemented in the local area network. After finishing the data collection, the state information on the oilcan is saved in themanagement system. So statistic of fuel data, oil pump data and other information is carried out. In virtue of the LAN of railway, operation information is transfer to the center of management and dealt with by the center management.Long time operation shows that the system has the combination of high accuracy, convenient operation, friendly interface, and corrective ability. And the system also has great function of statistic and query. |
