As is known to all,an enterprise must deepen reform in its core business,improve efficiency and reduce costs,if they want to develop rapidly and efficiently.In petrochemical industry,the measurement management of petrochemical products is the core lifeline of its enterprise development.Therefore,many petrochemical enterprises want to establish an efficient and stable unattended metering system with the help of the big policy and platform of the integration of information technology and industrialization.It is an important way for steel,coal,oil and other energy industries to improve work efficiency,save labor costs and strengthen the integration of informatization and industrialization.Unattended metering system of sinopec is a master key part of the integrated framework of enterprise transportation and marketing,which provides enterprises with efficient metering function and stable and reliable operation performance.At present,the existing ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system has only simple support for metering business,and it needs a lot of manual operation at every stage,also the data can not form a closed loop,moreover,it cannot play a role in the decision-making of the company's leadership,so it cannot meet the requirements of unattended,high efficiency and stability of the enterprise,and it needs to be improved in professional metering.In the early stage of this paper,the actual needs of users were investigated in detail,and focus on the analysis of procurement and sales business processes.In addition,on the premise of not affecting the business data,statistical analysis was made on the data of procurement and sales,and the system business was reorganized.The demand of the system were obtained through the function description,use case diagram,flowchart and so on.Then on the basis of demand analysis,the core measurement of CS terminal is determined to use Win Form framework,to use the C# language on the.net platform,to uses the large relational database SQL Server 2008 of the database,to use Visual studio 2012 of development tools,to use Power Design of database design tools,and it designs and implemens a scalable,high-performance unattended metering system further.In the stage of the architecture design,the deployment architecture and logical architecture of the system are respectively designed.Then the system functions and hardware selection were refined and decomposed.Finally,the design architecture of the system is realized through component design and modeling.And then the basic module,vehicle queuing,car hailing,metering,sampling confirmation,unloading confirmation and other modules are designed and implemented.At the same time,the hardware intergation scheme under different application scenarios of gate guard and pound house is planed.In the matering module,there are both unattended matering when there has network and single matering when there has no network,which makes the system has good expansibility.In the hardware palnning,PLC is used to connect the relevent hardware and PLC,and PLC receives the instructions from the software to conctrol the hardware equipment to achieve the goal of stability and reliability.In the stage of the system test,functional testing is mainly carried out on each module by means of test cases,to ensure the availability and effectiveness of system functions.During the non-functional testing phase,the focus is on security and stability.Security is realized through privilege control,logging,data backup and recovery.Stability is ensured by continuous operation of 7*24 hours.Finally,deploy such a system application environment.Unattended metering system,which is the product that informatization and industrialization apply in petrifaction industry,and it is also the result of scientific and technological development to enterprise management.It plays an important role in improving enterprise efficiency and reducing cost.According to the experience of the completed project,the effectiveness and feasibility of the unattended metering system meet the design requirements.
