More and more construction enterprises haveestablished ERP systems to improve administrative capacity and enhancecompetitiveness through utilizing advanced management software.Tender quotation, as the primary stage marking the threshold of the competitionamong curtain wall industry, plays a key role in the operation of an enterprise. Fast andreasonable tender quotation can decide the success or failure of an enterprise to a largeextent. Price does not offer too much time or will lose their opportunity to compete,offer too low will affect the economic efficiency of enterprises.Based on the case of ERP implementation in a large curtain wall enterprise, thisthesis will analyze the thinking of company fast tender quotation, the characteristics ofthe whole module system, and the implementation of the module.This project will mainly regard fuzzy algorithm as theoretical basis, andmeanwhile use the membership function as the bridge to turn the form of uncertaintyinto certainty, which namely to quantify ambiguity, then handle the figures withclassical method of mathematics, finally acquire the closest data according to thesimilarity theory. When the historical data can not support the project, the systemflexible concurrent operation of the computing and engineering project based on thecompany to quickly offer a fixed database.This thesis also intends to explore the instant price quotation subsystem and theintegration of varied ERP modules. Applying JDE customized application platform forsystem development and design to achieve a seamless connection between fastsubsystem and varied functional modules, so as to solve the problem that the tenderquotation does not match JDE modules data and straighten out the data flow of thewhole system as well. This thesis will eventually build up a quick quotation system based on ERP, which is a unique subsystem adapting to the practical business needs ofthe curtain wall enterprises. The system will enable enterprises instantly offerreasonable prices in the changeable market environment and take the preemptivepriority in the intense competition.
