The Modeling And Realization Of Workshop Job Management System Based On MRPⅡ

With the transition of customer demands and market competition that is becoming more and more fierce, a lot of enterprises have implemented MRPII system in order to improve the managerial skill and competitive power of enterprises.Workshop is the base unit to carry out function of production in enterprise and it undertake the important task to realize the production and management strategy. Plans of enterprises turn into the realistic products in workshop, thus realize the economic benefits of enterprises. In the process of developing MRPII system, Workshop Job management system is the most important component, through the object-oriented language UML to modeling and designing, it can raise good maintainability, opening, elasticity, common ability and fast response ability of MRPII software system. The content researched in this paper is the modeling and realization of Workshop Job management system based on MRPII. This text takes MRPII/CIMS of as the background, and discuss from three respects which are modeling, system structure and realization to discuss how to make the Workshop Job management system based on MRPII meet above-mentioned requests. In the systematic modeling this system adopts UML to model for MRPII system and makes up the data with dealing to encapsulate. Then data and dealing will be an object, every change of system can be completed in it. These above-mentioned make the system very good in maintainability. In systematic structure the whole system adopts three layers of C/S structure distributed calculation mode it put application logic on the application server of the intermediate level to prevent a large amount of data exchange between the customer end and database. All of these make the system has fast response ability, opening ability and can meet the request of grouping enterprises; In realizing the system, it has adopted the visual modeling tool and developing instrument when MRPII system developed. Besides, this paper has studied key technology of Workshop Job management system－the modeling of directed-graph with weight which bases on the BOM of product。This model can be very easy to implement in the relation database and offers the foundation for system integration of MRPII/CIMS/ERP.
