Research On Theory Of Group Innovation And Its Key Technologies With The Core Of Networked Brainstorming

It is unsuspicious that the innovation is important to the development of enterprises and the improvement of the National Economics. There are countless examples that developed countries improve their national economics depending upon innovation of science and technology. With the innovation from complex to complex and the Internet going deep into every domain of people's economic activity and living rapidly, Theory of Networked Team Innovation(NTI) emerges as the times require. This dissertation presents a thorough study on the theory of NTI and its key techniques. A theory model of NTI is presented which is based on Networked Brainstorming, and an applications system is presented accordingly. The following is the main research contents of the dissertation.1,A summary is made on innovation and its meaning, the domestic and overseas present status and tends of the research on subject of creation and creativity. This dissertation presents a simple introduction and analysis on existing theory of team innovation and its shortage, a concept of NTI, main research contents and theoretically meaning of this dissertation 2,A system framework of NTI theory is presented. Analysis on personnel configuration of Team of Networked Innovation(TNI) and diathesis of the leader of TNI are discussed. Employment of innovational methods, innovational thinking and innovational examples in NTI is researched. A research is also made on implement program of NTI——meeting of Networked Brainstorming, environment of NTI and its optimization, obstacles of NTI and its overcoming.3,The process of NTI is divided into seven stages in this dissertation: seeking innovative problems, searching correlative material, forming innovative schemes, choosing innovative schemes, mending the best schemes, implementing innovative scheme, review and summing-up. The flow to complete these stages and methods commonly using in these stages are researched. 4,A creativity concept of TNI is presented, and a research is made on composing factors of creativity of TNI, possibility and necessity of exploitation of TNI creativity. A mathematical model to calculate team creativity is put forward. An evaluating model of TNI creativity is presented, and approaches of exploitation of TNI creativity are researched accordingly.5,A prototype system for NTI is established. The general components of the software and their function are introduced. Relevant instances are presented as a test of validation of the theories in the dissertation.Finally, a summary of the research work and the results is made and plans for future research are presented.
