| In the area of intelligence controlling, computer network controlling technique, virtual testing technique, sensor testing technique and etc. have become technological means with value of extensive applications and hot issues in high technique research. In order to contribute to the area, this paper is going to study "network, virtual testing system to running parameters of liquid equipments". This research will be a symbol of testing and controlling technique to liquid equipments in the new century. It is also a specific application of long-distance testing and controlling technique to the testing and controlling system to the equipment by computer network. The very purpose of this research is to use network, virtual testing technique to improve the technique level of current traditional liquid equipments, so they can fit in with the needs of modernizing the liquid technique in our enterprises.In accordance with the features of testing to running parameters of fluid equipments, this paper will put forth several approaches and system to network, virtual testing to running parameters of liquid equipment, and will do a thorough research on them. This paper will choose one approach and system after doing contrast and weighing the advantages and disadvantages among them. The hardware of the approach and system employs singlechip with memory to communicate through the serial of PC and MODEM, and to do distant network communication through current telephone line network. The software of the approach and system adopts analysis and designs of a data-stream -oriented method and the principles of designing modules respectively. This system will realize the network, virtual testing to running parameters of liquid equipments.The research of this paper is related to the key technology and a specific application of "long-distance testing and controlling system study based on computer network to equipments", a project funded by the Science Committee of Chongqing Municipality.On the basis of the chosen approach and system, this paper covers the collection, transportation and reception of signals and emphasizes the process of the input digital signals, i.e.virtualizing and intelligentizing instrument. To finally gain the testing result to fluid system, this paper uses theoretic analyses such as filtering the waves,transforming from time-field to frequency-filed and the other way round, DFT and etc. and discusses diagnosing failures to equipments, judging running states viz. identifying fluid systems' patterns and how to make corresponding reactions.The innovations in this paper are: integrating computer network technique , virtual testing technique, long-distance testing and controlling technique and applying them to testing to running parameters of fluid equipment; realizing the network, virtual testing and processing and transmiting digital signals,on this base to research identifying fluid systems' patterns. |
