Design And Implementation Of Integration Testing Based On Subsystem Of Integrated Network Management Platform

With the rapid development of information technology, software products have been applied in almost every domain in our society, as a result, the quality of software product has become the point people focus on. Software testing was an key task in the life cycle of software, and played an important part in garanteeing software quality. Integrated testing, whose main target was to find problems related to interfaces, was such a process which assembled modules according to the design specification and then tested them.The automated testing tools are important assistant tools in integration testing.The thesis was based on the development work under E500 Integrated Network Management System, which was designed to provide solutions to interfaces interaction, automated implemention, testcase management and interation between dynamic script language and application and so on for the Integrated Network Management Platform.The thesis designed and implemented the Integrated Network Management Testing System according to its enviromental related characteristics and the devolelopment thoughts in software engineering, overcomed the difficulties caused by too much dependancy between submodules which engineers face in carrying functional debug and integrated debug in the parallel developing processe of large projects. The thesis, in the prospect of thoughts in software engineering, geted its concrete functional requirements for the Integrated Network Management Testing System based on Requirement Analysis, and then designed the overall frameworks for the system, following the principles based on interfaces and design patterns, realized the message exchange machanism based on ACE framework in system design. It made an analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of adopting different implementation strategies, also it analyzed and discusses factors considerable in constructing the E500 system, including performance, robustness, reusability and extensibility.The Integrated Network Management Testing System implemented the this thesis can be used to provide the function of environment simulation and module debug for the systems under test, improved working efficiency for the engineers in testing and developing, and further improved the quality of software systems.
