We have entered the 21st Century. The connections of kinds of factors in the economical field of China are being made series of great adjustment. With the relation extent between the domestic market and international economy aspect has deepened after entering WTO, the market condition of China media has got great changes, of which the diplex power comes from the domestic and international conditions .At the same time, the manage policy of the government to the media has stared to put up great adjustment, too. The kinds of factors will exert a long-term influence to the media markets' competitive aspect and the media's development for themselves. The China media in the changes on one side still take on the function of consensus direction, on the other hand, it must buck for existence in the drastic market competition. Now the media management is coming in for people's attention. As the one of three conventional media, broadcast has been weak in the competition among the strong media, such as paper, TV, and so on, and has fallen into the edge of the jungle, since the 80s. Till the end of the 90s, the influence of broadcast has being greater. Some radio stations in advanced region have gained stupendous achievement in media management. That make people start new thought about the developing foreground of broadcasting media, and favor the especial attention to the management of broadcasting media. Based upon the history background of Chinese media change, this thesis combines its research to the existence condition, competitive aspect and the changes of developing tendency of domestic media. Exerting economics theory about the management, administration and modern media management, this thesis analyze roundly the external and internal conditions of the Chongqing broadcasting media's existence and development, find out the key factor which affect the development of Chongqing broadcast. Then exerting the SWOT theory, it has made strategy analysis with regard to how to improve the competitive ability of Chongqing broadcast media and accelerate the industrial course. The analysis shows that Chongqing broadcast media is having a rare chance to develop now. The rapid rate of economic growth in Chongqing area gives the free room to the media market. It is important for Chongqing broadcast to overcome internal weaknesses and elaborate the external. On this base, it has put forward the competitive strategy of optimizeing internal competitive resource, intensifying the administrating level of channel, adequately utilizeing upstanding chances of direct domination and western exploitation, actively pressing the marketing course of Chongqing broadcast, constructing strong media in district. It has also made the strategic measures of three step's walking of Chongqing broadcast. The first stage is the internal organization. The second stage is expansionism.
