Along with the construction speed quickly of our city, the pipe line network is more huge and dispersion. As an extremely important infrastructure, strengthen to optimize pipe line network and the information-based construction is very important.Optimizing water pipe network, including Computer, Communication, Control and Sensor, is called the 3C+S technique. Provided with the intelligence device and Optimized schedule software, the real time data and the information in the system is analyzed comprehensively, then draw up real time and efficient decision-making scheme. Based on full-scale and real time supervision in state collection of pipe line network performance, make the most of the modern information technique to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition with SCADA, then forecast the things in the future. By this we can optimize water pipe network and make all in control.This paper is based on the SCADA system. Collect real time data and supervise data to calculate or process. And then acquire available clue from the history in the database of experience, make an excellent, optimized decision. The Detection Dispatcher System adopts two grade networks and communicates with wired or wireless. It has three sub system, long range examination system, communication system and Detection Dispatcher center. It is provided more functions in this system, such as display of dynamic graph and real time data, alarm, circs track, data printing, statistics or calculation.
