| Based on the analysis home and abroad of the monitoring technology on the marine environment and the development status of the marine entironment integrated monitoring system, the thesis focuses on the study of the technical route and the implementing plan of the hardware platform of the boat carried marine entironment field monitoring integrated demonstrating system and mainly designs and implements the hardware platform of the integrated demonstrating system using the fast Ethernet technology. Based on the fast Ethernet technology standards, the hardware platform integrates the field analysis facilities, the water quality detecting facilities, boat carried GPS and hydrometeorological facilities to a fast boat carried entironment monitoring system. The system realizes the auto collection, pretreatment and distribution of the sample of the marine water, the field collecting, distill, analysis and storage of the monitoring data and sending of the data to land supporting system to finish the producing and release of the information product. The protocol converter developed by the Rabbit 2000 microprocessor and the Dynamic C language to convert between RS232 serial communicating port protocol and TCP/IP protocol is the key part of the design of the hardware platform .The thesis presents a detailed description of the hardware and software design of the protocol converter.Most boat carried facilities have the RS232 serial communicating ports. Protocol converter makes the boat carried facilities with the RS232 serial communicating ports and without the Ethernet connectors to connect directly to net. The protocol converter can change any facilities with the RS232 serial communicating ports to facilities with the function of connecting to net and extend the connecting distance of the host and the facilities. Experiment indicates that the converter realizes the data transfers function between the RS232 serial communicating port and the Ethernet RJ-45 connector. It means that the converter realizes the protocol conversion. The software of the protocol converter is developed by the Client/Server mode. The largest baud rate of transfers is 19200bps which means that the converter has practicability .Any boat carried facilities with the RS232 serial communicating ports can be connected to the Ethernet of the boat carried facilities integrated system by connecting to a switch.The dissertation consists of six chapters. First of all, a review of the monitoring technology on marine environment is given and the development status of the marine entironment integrated monitoring system is analysed. And then, the main task of the dissertation is brought forward. The first chapter brings forward the research contentsand technical route of the boat carried marine entironment field monitoring integrated demonstrating system, and describes in details the design plan of the hardware platform of the system. The second chapter describes the hardware design of the protocol converter that is based on the Rabbit 2000 microprocessor. In the third chapter, the software design method of the protocol converter that is developed by the Dynamic C language is presented in detail. The fourth chapter is the experiment and applications part. In the fifth chapter the summary of the whole article is given. |
