Abstract/Summary:
In the small war, the limitations of the terrain and the rising cost of the war makes precise guidance becoming a key point for governments. Now in a mass of navigation methods, the MINS/GNSS system which improved the navigation accuracy and increased system redundancy has attracted much attention for its MINS’ and GNSS’ advantage. In missile borne environment, the most important of the integrated system is the processing of data for high accuracy and high speed, which is implemented on the hardware platform, So design the hardware platform of small integrated system which accord with the environment of missile borne becomes a significant thing.According to the characteristics of the missile borne environment and integrated system, this paper designs a hardware platform of MINS/GNSS integrated system. First, this paper analyzes the demand of the missile borne environment and integrated system. Second, according to the demand, design the outline of hardware platform, which uses FPGA as the master control chip and DSP for data processing. Then, according to the outline design, designing the concrete module of the hardware and software for the hardware platform. The hardware error and asynchronous problem, which found in the design process, influence the navigation precision, this paper analyzes the generation mechanism and propose the solution.Finally, through the static experiments and multiple vehicle experiments of inertial system, the result of experiments shows that the technology can reduce the calculation error caused by hardware, improve the precision of inertial system; through the missile borne experiments of the combination system shows that the integrated system and its hardware platform can adapt to the high dynamic environment of missile, play the advantages of the integrated system, improve the measurement accuracy of missile flight trajectory, at the same time have a certain practical value.
