In the last half century, the computer application has extended all over every walk of life. There are usually two coexisting sub-systems, control system and management system, in a typical enterprise. Traditionally, these two sub-systems are independent logically and physically. The goal of the integration of control system and management is to make the two systems as a organic integer. Nowadays, the tendency of integration of control system and management system is very certain and also it is the necessary result of the development of enterprise automation and computer application. As a burgeoning technique, data warehouse is developing so rapidly during the last years. With the market competition growing, it is more and more urgent for enterprises to make use of their vast data accumulated in the past. Data warehouse is designed to get the goal, whose principles are very important for us to deal with control data at the bottom layers. OLAP(On-Line Analysis Processing) and Data Mining are two essential technique. The main idea of this paper is to integrate the control system at bottom layer and management system at middle or top layer with the principles of data warehouse as the pointer.Firstly, the status in quo and developing tendency of the integration of control system and management system is described. It is pointed cut that the Intranet based on TCP/IP protocols will be selected to serve as the basis of the intending integration of the two systems. Secondly, data warehouse technique is analyzed and its main principles are extracted. Thirdly, the idea of dealing with control data by data warehousing technique is presented. With the idea, two applying instances are provided in detail. These instances are developed with VC++ and proved efficiently on the field. Finally, the idea presented is discussed.
