Information Grid Achitechture Based On Information And Service

Information Grid is a kind of latest technique on Internet, and is very important research content of Grid. It offers an integrated intelligent platform for user, which building on the existent infrastructure of Internet, protocols, Web and database technique. It purpose constructing a next generation information platform and software infrastructure building on OS and Web. The one of research emphasis of Information Grid is architecture. It includes the components of Information Grid, the relations between components and the mechanism of implement. It is the lead of further research of the important technique of Information Grid. This paper studies this issue in general.After studying the recent results of Information Grid, we propose a new Open Information Grid Architecture based on information and service. This architecture abstracts two sides. The one is information that includes all kinds of resources on Internet, and the information need to be represented and wrapped for the reason of connection. Another is service that is a software module, and the service must coupling by a loose way for some kind of application. In this paper, we propose an information connection way based on Ontology. It represents the semantic of information by Ontology, and represents the syntactic by XML/RDF. In this paper, we propose a way of service realization based on Web service, and it satisfies the deployment and dynamic calling of service. In the last, we build an experimental service system, and it indicates that the method is feasible.
