The design of this system uses the microcomputer to test the electric machine parameter, in order to finish the automatic test of the electric machine parameter.Usually in testing in routine electric machine, fetch voltage, electric current, power, etc need be examined. We utilize the accurate operation function of the microcomputer to calculate power value, enable the circuit simplify notably, improve dependability accurate and therefore reduce the degree of difficulty of testing greatly. We also can replace the logic of the hardware with the logic of the program in the control of the electric machine.Because of these lots of merits of using computer to test the electric machine parameter, we design and develop the system for automatically testing electric machine parameter. On the basis of electric machine basic principle and the requirement of national standard for electric machine parameter test, Using computer to control and realize testing function are the most important character of this system.The thesis mainly includes the following several parts: Chapter one summarizes the present general situation of automatically testing system and the prospect of automatically testing parameter with computer; Chapter two elaborates the basic principle of electric machine and the testing method in the tests; Chapter three introduces the principle and structure of the testing system based on MCU, explains the hardware principle and design. Chapter four puts forward the software thought and design based on MCU, use the flow chart to prove. Chapter five describes this electric machine testing system in summary and analyses the finished test project.
