Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of the LED light source industry,the application of the LED light source is more diversified,and the quality of the LED light source is also more demanding.The detection equipment of the LED light source that meets the detection standard will help the LED industry to develop faster.The main content of this paper is to design and develop a test system to meet the rapid screening of the LED light source.The composition of the test system includes integrating sphere and CCD light.Spectrometer consists of light source spectrum acquisition module,constant current source module to provide working current for LED light source and upper computer operation software module.In this paper,according to the requirements of LED light source classification and screening test,based on the analysis of the definition of LED spectral characteristics,radiation characteristics and colorimetric characteristics,combined with the calculation method of relevant parameters,the test scheme of the system is given.In order to meet the test requirements of different kinds of LED light sources,the design of power supply system for LED light sources is particularly critical.This paper designs a numerical control constant current source as the power supply of the system,determines the control core of the single chip computer C8051f350,puts forward the design scheme of the constant current source generating circuit,uses the internal D/A of the single chip computer to generate control voltage,collects the current generated by the constant current source through the internal A/D of the single chip computer,and adjusts the current generated by the output value of D/A according to the data collected by the single chip computer.To meet our needs,the communication between MCU and PC is realized through serial port to control the current value generated by the constant current source of NC from PC.Using the C# language of Visual Studio 2010 development platform to complete the upper computer software development.Through the design of the main interface,all the functions of the test system can be realized,realizing the communication connection between the upper computer software and the equipment CCD spectrometer and the NC constant current source;setting the wavelength of the test to determine the test range;using the upper computer software to set the magnitude of the constant current value;completing the system calibration and storing the data for the calculation of the characteristic parameters of the LED light source,through the Test LED light source and get the test results.The test results show that the LED light source detection system designed in this paper meets the accuracy requirements we need,and can achieve the function of rapid screening led light source.
