Aircraft at the field of research and design, system simulation technology has been widely used and development. With the simulation technology in aircraft research and design of the constant-depth, simply rely on computer simulation to analyze the results of flight tests with the vehicle as reflected in actual performance there are still a considerable gap, so the pilot and flight simulation technology combining the experimental data obtained by the analysis of treatment, and further on the system model and parameter identification, the computer simulation model to improve the design has become a contemporary vehicle design and development of a new topic, in raising the level of aircraft design and development plays a decisive role.In this paper, a certain type of aircraft as the background, using C programming language implementation of the vehicle computer sports six degrees of freedom simulation model set up, in the flight test data for effective treatment, based on the application of maximum likelihood method for aerodynamic parameter identification, and finally achieve a computer simulation model to improve the design. First of all, the application of mathematical models have established a fairly complete six degree of freedom aircraft sports computer simulation model; Secondly, the flight test data to identify outliers, omissions and corrections, design low-pass filter for digital filtering, the use of the Center interpolation differential smoothing algorithm, such as data pre-processing; again, set up at the basic equation of parameter identification based on the use of maximum likelihood criteria and improve the Newton-Raphson iterative algorithm to identify the aerodynamic parameters; Finally, the use of identification to be the aerodynamic parameters, completed a computer simulation model to improve the design.With flight test measured data contrast, the use of improved design of the computer simulation model, simulation results and measured data is greater than that of the approximation to improve the design before the results of computer simulation model has been significantly improved, which improve the flight test and Simulation of the integration of a combination of test methods provide a new technical way.
