Along with the rapid development of modern technology and the extensive application of information technology, the building of hospital information, whose deputation is the exploitation and application of Hospital Information System (HIS), becomes effective instrument to manage a hospital logically, becomes effective instrument to improve medical service quality. It improved hospital's social and ecnomic benifets. It's technology base of development of modern medical science.In the early days of the application, HIS has enhanced hospital's operation management, drived Stat.'s evolutin and increased work efficiency unitary. But in the near future, from traditional number Stat. To Stat. Analysis, the governor of a hospital requires the compositive Stat. Of medical quality. And the governor requires the management to clinician's medical quality, he wants to put the medical quality target on the clinician and realize scout of wholesale medical action.In my dissertation, I've introduced the course of requirement and implement of clinician medical quality evaluation. An innovation in my task is that I applied the medical quality target on the clinician and realized the evaluation-system. As a result, the governor could watch and command the clinicians' medical quality.I describe my primary work as follows:Establish the exploitation plan. The system function Analysis. Data col lection. Exploitation principle. System property.By running of the evaluation-system, the clinicians ask themselves rigorously in the work, they heighten themselves' diathesis, they offer patients a high level service. The wholesale medical quality is improved. The management of a hospital is promoted. For this reason, the evaluation-system has a great practical value.PowerBuilder(PB) is my evaluation-system's exploit tools which primary character is "Face-Object". The system environment is Client/Server model which is same of HIS. The operation system is Windows NT/Windows98. The data base if Oracle7.3.The evaluation-system of clinicians' medical quality is a part of cadres' management system. We have a lot of work to do. We will evaluate all cadre such as doctors, druggists,nurses, technicians, administration cadres and so on. We will make cadre management quantization realy.
