Design And Implementation For Hospital Clinical Pathway Management System

Clinical pathway(Clinical Pathway)management is one of the products driven by China's new medical reform policies.It is of great significance to standardize medical behaviors,improve medical services,enhance the planning of medical treatment behaviors,improve medical quality and control unreasonable medical expenses,and promote the refinement and specialization of medical quality management.With the advancement of clinical pathway management work,in the number of clinical pathway in new unceasingly,the management mode of traditional handmade paper is not only unable to keep up with the requirements of the national policy,and quality control on the implementation of clinical pathway difachieve ficulties,unable to intervene the process of clinical treatment,the clinical pathway analysis on the implementation of the statistical data extraction is difficult,more cannot connectivity issues with other information systems at the hospital.Therefore,the clinical pathway management system in the hospital application appears to be important and necessary.After rigorous system requirements analysis,this thesis selects the current mainstream B/S architecture,and USES Spring,Mybatis,Vue.Js,PowerDesign and other tools to carry out detailed design of the system's functional modules and data structure.The hospital clinical pathway management system includes three functional modules:configuration management,application management and evaluation management.This thesis elaborates on configuration management and application management,and realizes and tests the above functions.The system has been put into operation.
