Combined with the speeding up of computer technology and aviation, the thesis deeply analyzes the feature of A320 Airplane Electric Power System' s Fault, states the method of Database Management for Airplane Electric Power System' s Fault.This research builds the "FaultDatabase" application, which include three parts: airplane electric power system fault database, system application of Visual C++ 6. 0 accesses the database with ActiveX Data Object technique and the realization of three dimension interactive simulation model. Fault Database is the core of Database Management System, It provides fault datum and this datum is handled by system application; Reasonable structure design of database is crucial factor of application' s access speed. ADO is a new technique about accessing database, which has the characteristic, such as easy use, flexible access and extensive apply. When Visual C++ 6.0 access database with ActiveX Data Object technique, program design is simplified, program' s flexility is increased. Generator ' s simulation model is completed with Open Inventor, which accomplishes three dimensions interactive graphics simulation and realizes "Desktop Virtual Reality" .The thesis discusses them in detail, and tells the achievement in this research. It accomplishes database management of A320 Airplane Electric Power System' s Fault and three dimensions interactive graphics simulation of Airplane Generator.
