Ocean Engineering Service Oriented Remote Intelligent Management System Design And Implementation

Offshore marine observation has attracted more and more national attention, some applications have also been implemented in some countries and regions. As information technology has experienced rapid development these years, traditional application model especially the ocean observing data management system, are not unable to go with the large scale of current marine data, real-time data transmission, complex data processing, interaction of the database are meeting practical limitations. Therefore, remote intelligent management system for marine engineering services will be a trend of future, it also brings good opportunity to make three-dimensional observation of marine information becomes reality.In this paper, we analyses diversity, heterogeneous and time-space characteristics of marine observation information. According to the integrated observing network of the characteristics of multi-source information, we focus on data integration and management research, including:using variety methods for data cleaning, improving data availability and service; assimilation by fuzzy method to extract useful information in the observed data, helping improve the utilization of information; proposed to neural network-based intelligent data fusion algorithm to remove inaccuracy and error; use XML technology, to build a unified format for data storage utilization, to reduce the complexity of multi-source heterogeneous information integration model. Finally, we integrated ocean observing network platform, for a marine disaster warning system design, and by the immune genetic algorithm and BP neural network ideas, introduced the case of red tide early warning system.
